Dec, 2024 - Mastering Sales Strategy

The JITO Ahmedabad chapter successfully hosted the event titled "Mastering in Sales Strategy" on 23rd December 2024, at GIHED House. Held between 16:00 to 18:30, the event aimed to equip business owners and leaders with effective methodologies and actionable insights to enhance their sales productivity and drive business growth. The session, hosted under the CFE vertical, focused on practical strategies to meet year-end sales targets through structured planning and mid-year strategic adjustments. 

The workshop was led by Ms. Adhishree Anand, the Founder of Live by Design®, and a renowned Business Productivity Specialist. With her vast experience in optimizing sales processes and operations across industries such as FMCG, Agritech, Education, and Manufacturing, Ms. Anand shared her expertise in the LBD® Performance Framework. Developed after seven years of extensive research, this framework has empowered over 4,000 entrepreneurs globally. Ms. Anand’s session provided a detailed 4-step strategy blueprint designed to address underperformance in sales teams, boost productivity without micromanagement, accelerate growth and maximize profits through an organized approach. 

The event was structured around interactive sessions where participants actively engaged in identifying gaps in their sales processes and implementing solutions on the spot. Real-world examples drawn from Ms. Anand’s consulting experience illustrated the applicability of the strategies discussed. Additionally, the session with Mr. Suresh ji Bagrecha, a respected figure from Komal Group, provided further practical insights into the implementation of sales strategies, adding immense value to the attendees. 

A key highlight of the event was the Q&A session moderated by Mr. Ritesh Shah, JITO Ahmedabad CFE Convener, where participants had the opportunity to clarify doubts and gain a deeper understanding of the strategies presented. The event concluded with a thank you note by Mr. Darpit Shah, JITO Ahmedabad CFE Co-Convener. 

The event successfully achieved its objective of providing clarity and practical tools to reassess and realign sales strategies. Key takeaways included the importance of mid-year sales audits, conducting effective performance reviews, and implementing productivity-enhancing frameworks that focus on high-impact activities. Participants left with actionable insights to drive substantial sales growth within their businesses. 

With a total of 105 registrations and 90 attendees, the event proved to be a great success. Attendees praised the practical relevance of the strategies shared, highlighting the expertise and engaging approach of the speaker. Networking opportunities at the event also allowed participants to connect with fellow business leaders and share their experiences, further enriching the event’s impact. 

In conclusion, the "Mastering in Sales Strategy" workshop not only met but exceeded expectations, empowering attendees with a structured approach to sales and strategic adaptability.
