Business Bazar Edition 3 

JITO Ahmedabad is delighted to announce the triumphant execution of Business Bazar Edition 3, held at YMCA on the weekend of 27th and 28th July 2024 from 10.30 am to 8 pm. The overwhelming success of the previous two editions inspired us to continue this hallmark event, featuring 100 business entrepreneurs showcasing their products, networking, connecting, and growing their businesses. Simultaneously, Finance conclave, Chemical Conclave and Plastic conclave were arranged in the Glamor Hall at YMCA bringing the likeminded businessmen under one roof and discuss on various topics and deals. 

Pre-event branding and promotion were handled by professional agencies, utilizing hoardings, social media, newspapers, radio, and other channels. Various creative tasks, including flyers and video clips, were professionally executed to a great extent. 

The 92 stalls were designed to accommodate all exhibitors in a spacious, air-conditioned hall, and exhibitors were provided with high tea, lunch, dinner, and chauvihar facilities, all offering Jain food. 

The event was launched at 10.30 am on 27^th July 2024 in presence of esteemed dignitaries from JITO and Non-JITO community whose attendance significantly enhanced the experience for the business bazaar committee and visitors alike. To streamline physical tasks and save time, a range of technological solutions were implemented. QR code scanning was introduced to facilitate quick and efficient entry processes. Additionally, drone technology was utilized to capture photos and videos, improving documentation and monitoring capabilities. CCTV surveillance systems were installed at various locations to enhance security. Barricades were strategically placed to ensure that all visitors had the opportunity to visit every stall. To further bolster safety, bouncers and other security agencies were hired to provide comprehensive security measures throughout the event. The distinguished guests included JITO Ahmedabad Steering Committee Members, Gujarat Zone committee and few dignitaries from JITO Apex also.

An exclusive highlight was a mobile customized bus showcasing high-quality electrical accessories, attracting significant attention. 

In parallel with the exhibition, a series of quizzes and entertaining programs kept visitors, exhibitors, and committee members engaged.

The Business Bazar Edition 3 concluded with resounding success, leaving smiles on everyone’s faces despite the two days of intensive activities with a footfall of approx. 8000 attendees.
