The Plastic Conclave was held at YMCA on 27th July 2024, convened by Shri Piyush Jain under the stalwart leadership of Jito Ahmedabad Committee.  The conclave, lasted for two hours, focusing on environmental issues related to plastic pollution, particularly the challenges posed by plastic's non-recyclability. Discussions also centered on alternative materials that could help control pollution. 

Senior Vice Chairman Shri Rushabh Patel shared his excitement about recent developments in their construction business, where innovative uses of plastic are being explored. He highlighted how this approach could revolutionize the plastic pollution problem while contributing to strong building construction. Chairman Shri Asit Shah also provided detailed information about other ongoing JITO activities, which was greatly appreciated by the attendees. 

The seminar, attended by 65 members of the Jain community, was highly informative and well-received. The event concluded with a networking session over high tea, where participants had the opportunity to discuss further and connect with one another.
