Additionally, he mentioned the JATF (JITO Administrative Foundation Trust), which offers training for civil services like IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS, and Bank Probationary Officers at a nominal fee at four centres, with top-tier faculty guiding the students. He noted that philanthropists and trustees have allocated significant funds in crores for this cause. Furthermore, Shri Asit Shah highlighted JITO SPORTS, which provides professional and financial support to Jain athletes, encouraging them to compete at international events such as the Olympics.

Chief Secretary Shri Pravesh Mehta discussed the annual Youth Exchange Program, where 14 students aged 18 to 23 are selected through exams, interviews, and group discussions to spend a month in the United States. During this program, they stay with Jain families, exchange cultures, visit industrial sites, universities, and other places of interest to gain knowledge.

Shri Hardik Shah congratulated the athletes for their outstanding performances and presented them with gifts as tokens of appreciation. The attendees expressed their admiration for the initiatives undertaken by JITO.
