Our Mission with a Vision. Our Vision with a Purpose 

  1. To align with our Purpose, the motto of JITO Ahmedabad Chairman ,Shri Chetanbhai Shah, JLW Chairperson Smt. Lizaben Shah and their teams want to provide maximum benefits to the Jain Shravakas and Shravikas by training them in various skills and making them self-reliant. 
  2. An MoU was signed between JITO and Adani Skill Development Centre (ASDC) under the Centre for Excellence project. 
  3. JITO Ahmedabad supports Jains by giving information to sadharmiks to upgrade their skill sets and procure benefits through this association. 
  4. JLW committee visited Adani Skill development centre on 1st November 2021. They agreed to send their trainers to our Sangh Upashray( identified,handpicked upon research).
    4 courses to begin with have been shortlisted which needs 30-40 days of training , 2 hours a day. 
    Courses selected are Nursing, Beauty Parlour training , Tailoring and Front desk managing. 
  5. The MoU had signalled the path to opening the Centres, one at the Upashray and other at ASDC that trained our first batch of sadharmik women to enrol in tailoring and beauty parlour awareness courses. 
  6. Likewise skill development promotion was carried out by giving information about the courses that can upgrade their life at various Jain sanghs like Naroda – Mahasukhnagar, Shahibaug, Vasna, Shamla ni pol, Bapunagar, Saraspur, etc and many are sprouting in and around Ahmedabad. 
  7. Shri Bhadreshbhai Shah has been a huge pillar of support and also aided in bridging the link between JLW team and the seekers Smt Liza Shah, Smt Rajeshwari Jain,  Shri Niravbhai Shah, Smt Falguni Shah and Elsner Technology team were present to provide the information.
  8.  A Frequently Asked Ouestions session was addressed and a brainstorming session was also held after the meeting where all their ambiguities were addressed. 
  9. One batch of Tailoring of 20 students have received course completion Certificates at Mahasukhnagar and seek job placements soon. 
  10. We have begun another centre for ladies tailoring class under the Project Manzile at Shahibaug . 
  11. The inauguration ceremony was held on 25th June at Arogya Bhavan, Shahibaug under the auspices of the Balar Parivar whose vision for Seva enabled us to open Tailoring classes in their premises. 
  12. Currently one batch of Tailoring is going on at Shahibaug Sangh of 30 students and 2nd batch of 20 students at Krishnanagar Sangh. 
  13. Convener Shri Bhadresh Shah and Zone Convener, CFE, Shri Nirav Shah inaugrated the Skill Development Centre for 2 courses of Computer (15 students enrolled) and sewing classes (16 Students Enrolled) at  Ambli pol Upashray, Relief Road for the Jain Shravaka-Shravikas of Pol area of ​​the city on Tuesday, 13th September, in honor of Sadhviji Maitriratna Shriji Maharaj Saheb under the auspices of Jignyasa Trust with the huge support of Team JLW led by Liza Shah, Rajeshwari Jain, Falguni Shah and Sangeeta Shah. with a view to make them self-reliant and financially sustainable..
  14. Behind this project the sources to reach every common Jain family to make them aware about our activities and also to convince them about the success of this project has also played a huge role. Our Skill Development Team from Jito Ladies Wing, Chapter and Zone, Jain Sanghs, Sadhu-Sadhviji Bhagwants, Promotion through social media, Banner at Derasars, frequent meetings with Sangh  leaders to avail space and provide training facility at their door steps are the key measures to reach  our objective.
