Service Provider Form

We are pleased to offer the following services to our members:

Office Conference Room on Rent

Our conference room is having a capacity to accommodate 50 people in round conference type seating. The room is equipped with data and video projector, sound system with conference microphones.

The conference room is available at nominal rent for which pre-booking is mandatory.

2 hours 1100/-
3 hours 2100/-
8 hours 2750/-

Additional 750/- is charged for using the projector.

Mass E-Mail

We provide service to send the details / offers / promotional mail to our members at a nominal rate of Rs.1000/-. We would only promote the business run by our members. The product / services offered for promotion should be according to Jain principles.

Providing Sticker Set

We provide full sticker set of members at a nominal rate of Rs.750/-. The sticker shall consist of name and the corresponding address of the member. This service is provided so as to circulate the brochure / offer / invitation to the members by any other member.

How to avail the services:

For Conference Room:

You should confirm the availability of the hall before 10days of booking. Then you need to fill and submit the service provider form (attached) with the requisite amount at JITO Office.

For Mass E-Mail:

You first need to send a request mail alongwith the matter you wish to circulate, for approval at JITO Office. On receipt of the approval you need to fill and submit the service provider form (attached) with the requisite amount at JITO Office.

For Sticker Set:

You need to book a sticker set at JITO Office prior to a day when you want the set. You need to fill and submit the service provider form (attached) with the requisite amount at JITO Office and collect the set.
